SALES & LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Stratford, E15

Salary: £70k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

You will be ensuring the branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.

Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Manager (Residential Estate Agency) role will include:

Previous experience in residential property sales and / or lettings
Listing and instruction winning experience
Ability to build strong business relationships
Focused to lead and motivate a team
Able to win new business
Full UK driving license required
Local knowledge of the Stratford area is preferred
