Live in salary which includes accomodation and bills- £26,000 per annum

Maintenance/Caretaker; Duties include but are not limited to:

Mastic, grout, blockages, replace light switches and plug sockets, light bulbs, skirtings, lock changes, basic leaks, self closers, smoke seals, general maintenance, painting, cleaning, void works
