Niyaa people are working with a housing provider in the east midlands that are looking for a Solicitor on a 9 month contract. Our client are looking for an experienced Solicitor to work within their legal services teams.

They are looking for a Solicitor to work on either:

Contracts/ procurement
Land Transactions
The ideal Solicitor will be able to:

To provide legal advice on transactions in relation to Landlord and Tenant/ Property matters.
On time completion of legal documentation is necessary to ensure income streams are onboarded in a timely manner.
To support and advise members on commercial Economic Regeneration matters
Securing capital income by processing the sale of land and premises of the organisation
To support the Property, Procurement and Contracts teams in providing a comprehensive legal service to the Organisation.
This will be available either part time or full time and will be hybrid, based from their offices 3 times a week. My client are looking to pay £45 per hour
