My client are a well established construction company that specialise in high-rise residential schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a project in Leeds! (PERM)

Their ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent leadership skills.

* Motivated and driven individual.

* Proven history of working on projects through to completion.

* Experience managing multioccupancy projects

Duties will include:

* Managing a new build largescale apartment scheme.

* Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.

* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.

* Managing relationship with the client.

* Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.

* Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.

* Quality control.

* Direct line management for Senior Site Manager and Site Managers.
