Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30-3:30)

Start date: Immediate

Value Education are looking for an enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to work at a Primary school in the Salford area.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs.

Classroom Assistant duties:

* Assisting the Class Teacher in preparing work for the lesson ahead

* Ensuring the classroom is a tidy and safe environment for the children

* Assisting with group activities

* Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis

Classroom Assistant requirements:

* Previous experience working with children

* Confident in communicating with parents, pupils and members of staff

* Be able to handle difficult situations efficiently

* Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
