Simply Education is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join a supportive school located just 6 miles west of Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time role in a welcoming Early Years setting for the remainder of the academic year.

? Role Overview:

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
✅ Support children aged 3-5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
✅ Work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support to enhance learning and development.
✅ Promote positive behaviour and social skills in line with EYFS guidelines.

✔️ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
✔️ Experience working with children in an EYFS setting.
✔️ Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and developmental milestones.
✔️ A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
