Key Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Coordinator:

Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures for cosmetic products.

Conduct routine product testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

*

Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality across all products.

*

Review and analyze product specifications, raw materials, and packaging to verify quality standards.

*

Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and product quality reports.

*

Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify areas for process improvement.

*

Support the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues, providing solutions as needed.

*

Assist in preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).

*

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills of a Quality Assurance Coordinator:

*

Previous experience in a Quality Assurance Coordinator role.

*

Experience in cosmetics or personal care.

*

Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.

*

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

*

Good communication and teamwork skills.

*

Previous experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry is a plus.

*

Familiarity with product testing procedures is an advantage.
