Salary of the Bodyshop Manager: £45,000.00 basic plus Bonuses (OTE £50,000.00) plus Company Vehicle, Laptop and Phone

Hours of work for the Bodyshop Manager: Monday to Friday

My client, a multi site Commercial Vehicle maintenance company, are looking for a dynamic and driven Body Shop Manager to join their team in Manchester.
As the Commercial Bodyshop Manager, you’ll take the reins of a fast-paced, innovative shop, ensuring top-tier repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction.
You’ll lead a skilled team, optimise workflows, and build strong relationships with our customers and vendors.

Responsibilities for the Commercial Bodyshop Manager:

* Managing & pre planning the day to day activity of the Depot

* Estimating Repairs

* Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs

* Managing the Health & Safety of the depot and colleagues

* Negotiating deals with suppliers

* Profitability of the depot

Required for the Commercial Bodyshop Manager:

* Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a bodyshop team

* Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with commercial vehicles

* Previous experience in a bodyshop or repair setting is preferred

* Estimating / VDA / Audatex experience is not essential, but desired

* Ideally hold a full clean driving licence
