Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods through coordination with procurement and production teams.
Track and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or waste.
Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory, and scheduling.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth production and timely product delivery.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of production planning experience, ideally in FMCG.
Proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
