Description

Key responsibilities include:

Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
Liaise with supply chain partners to ensure smooth operations.
Develop strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any supply chain issues.
Prepare and present reports on account performance and supply chain metrics.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the company's strategic planning.
Stay current with industry trends and suggest improvements to existing processes.Profile

The successful candidate should have:

Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Solid knowledge of supply chain processes.

On offer to the candidate:

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year.
Holiday allowance of 25 days plus public holidays and an additional 3 days during New Year.
