What's involved?

As the Sous Chef, you will be the cornerstone of the kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the reputation for gastronomic brilliance.

The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef position will possess a passion for cooking, a flair for menu development, and the ability to inspire a team. You will also be responsible for running the kitchen during the Head chef's absence.
