Richard Greener Estate Agents are market leaders in the high-quality estate agency world in Northampton and the surrounding villages having been established as a family-run business for over 30 years.

MUST have previous estate agency or conveyancing experience, with a full understanding of the legal process in the sale of residential properties.

Estate Agent Sales Chaser - Main Responsibilities:

* Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required

* Progress property sales and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors and mortgage lenders

* Manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales

* Maintain a database whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the company Alto CRM system and communicated to relevant parties

* We are searching for an enthusiastic individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment

Estate Agent Sales Chaser - Requirements:

* Excellent people skills and the ability to build a rapport with potential buyers/clients

* Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

* A Proactive and self-motivated work ethic

* Knowledge of the local area
