Are you an experienced Trades Recruitment Consultant looking for a role with zero threshold in your first 6 months? Are you looking for a role with a transparent fast-track route to Management? If you're fed up of goal posts being moved and want to push your career forward then read on!

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience recruiting into the Construction Trades market to take our existing business and develop it further to become the number one provider of Construction professionals across the west midlands. This is a growth opportunity and as such we are looking for someone who is willing to come into the business to help grow out the Birmingham Market.

This role would suit a Senior Consultant who is an aspiring MC looking for more autonomy and responsibility and with a hands on manager who wants to see his team succeed; you really will be supported by the best in the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing key business relationships with new clients, generating client meetings and new opportunities
Candidate attraction
Lead generation and conversion
Managing opportunities, placing candidates and fee negotiation
Maximising revenue
Providing professional and consultative advise to clients and candidates
