We are a working with several schools within Essex who require an experienced Maths Teacher and ECT’s.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maths Teacher to:

- Lesson Planning: Designing engaging and effective lessons tailored to different learning styles and abilities.

- Assessment: Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams to evaluate student progress.

- Classroom Management: Maintaining an environment conducive to learning by ensuring discipline and inclusivity.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.

- Strong subject knowledge across all areas of the mathematics certification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.

- Effective classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in education practices.
