There is a fantastic chance to work for a small led practice of 9 in central Bath who also have a Cardiff location and a great client base. They have projects ranging from £1m to £20m across community, commercial, housing and defence projects and are once again in 'recruitment mode' for an Architect after new instructions from clients.

You will run your own projects and work with the Partners on larger commissions using your design and delivery attributes. This role will see you presenting to clients and attending site meetings as projects progress.

We would like to hear from RIBA Architects who have ran projects with a background of overseeing tender information and the administration of contracts. You will have experience of managing architectural assistants and have experience with REVIT.

The company continues to grow and they have a strong financial backing and a healthy pipeline for next year. They like to 'promote internally' and work in a central location with many amenities nearby.
