Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent customer service skills?
Liberty Recruitment is excited to be partnering exclusively with our established client in their search for a highly organised, customer-focused Administrator to join their team.
This is a full time role, initially on a 3-6 month FTC with the potential to go permanent. Based in Havant and reporting in to a fantastic Business Development Manager and Business Support Manager, you will become an integral part of a rapidly growing team.
Some of your duties may include:
Liaising with customers to schedule in appointments and chase required documentation
Formatting documents, ensuring attention to detail at all times
Assisting the finance team with inputting data
Helping to cleanse data on the system and looking for ways to streamline processes
As an individual, you will need to have excellent organisation skills and be a proficient user of Excel.
You will need to be emotionally intelligent due to the nature of the business, and the customers you may be dealing with.
In return, our client is offering a salary of £26,000, as well as some fantastic benefits!
