Your Role as a SEND Teaching Assistant:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring they have access to learning across the curriculum.
Assist students with a range of SEND needs, including SEMH, ASD, PMLD, and more.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can grow in confidence and achieve their potential.
Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement tailored strategies that support each child's development.

What We're Looking For:

We welcome applicants with experience in either mainstream schools or SEN settings who:

Have classroom-based experience supporting children with additional needs.
Understand the challenges faced by learners with SEND and can adapt their approach accordingly.
Are committed to promoting a positive and encouraging atmosphere that helps students feel valued and motivated.
