Accounts Assistant

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join their team and help them continue their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure that fees are invoices and receipts posted accurately.
* To effectively carry out the credit control function.
* Supplier invoice capture and payments.
* Assist with bank reconciliation's.
* Process all aspects of payroll.
* Assist the Finance Director in month end accounts tasks and other ad-hoc duties where required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Awareness of HMRC regulations and reporting procedures
