The Role – SEMH Teaching Assistant

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils aged 5 - 16 with SEMH needs. In this role, you will act as a mentor to kids and help mitigate challenging behaviours. Prior experience in a SEMH environment, a background in sports coaching, as well as strong behaviour management skills will be crucial for this role.
