Secondary Supply Pool Teacher About the Role:
Join our Secondary Supply Pool to work across various schools in Scarborough and nearby areas. We are looking for adaptable and enthusiastic teachers ready to step in across multiple subjects as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, following provided lesson plans.
Manage classroom behavior and engage students in productive learning activities.
Communicate effectively with school staff regarding student progress and any issues encountered.
Adapt to the needs of different schools and classes across the Scarborough area.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching schedules.
