Supply Chain Coordinator – Temporary 

Location: Coalville, North Leicester 
Pay: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour 
Contract: Temporary until June 2025 (37.5 hours per week)

SF Recruitment is working with a well-established logistics company in Coalville, looking for a Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to support their operations during a peak period. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain hands-on logistics experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management – Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners at all levels.
Logistics Support – Assist in monitoring service providers' performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
Process Improvement – Identify ways to streamline logistics and administrative processes for maximum efficiency.
Administrative Support – Manage and track quotes, invoices, and other essential documents.
Event Logistics – Play a key role in coordinating logistics for seasonal peaks.
Strategic Contribution – Support the wider department strategy as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong administrative experience, ideally within a fast-moving environment.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities during peak periods.
Strong communication skills, with confidence in liaising with multiple stakeholders.
