Prestige Staffing are a leading Social Care Agency specialising in providing care and support for vunerable adults and children.
We are now seeking a full time customer support assistant to help with a list of duties which include but are not limited to;
* Liaising with other colleagues, employees and clients
* Answering calls and dealing with queries
* Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
* Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
* Maintaining a database of customer information
* Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
* Checking product or service availability
* Assisting customers with registration or account creation
* Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation’s offerings
* Maintain a high level of work ethic
* Using multiple systems to find data, process data and cleanse data
* Co-ordinating between a team

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
