Our Melksham office is expanding, and as part of that growth, we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our industrial team and help businesses grow by connecting them with top talent.

Your Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, placing, and managing industrial sector candidates. You’ll work closely with both clients and candidates, ensuring seamless placements that drive success for all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.

* Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles within the industrial sector, including warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and production positions.

* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.

* Proactively attract new business through networking, sales calls, and client meetings.

* Work collaboratively with the team to exceed targets and contribute to the success of the Melksham branch.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to provide expert guidance to clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

* Ideally, some experience in recruitment ( although not essential ) OR a strong background in sales/business development with a desire to transition into recruitment.

* Ability and attitude to be trained and developed, to become a professional 360 recruiter.

* A self-motivated, ambitious individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.

* A problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
