Hours: Mon – Fri 08:30-16:30 or 9- 5

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will handle a diverse range of customer queries, issues, and requests, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions. You will be the friendly voice of this housing association, representing our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
Play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Preferred Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant diploma or degree in Customer Service, Business, or a related field
Customer service training or certification is advantageous
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
