Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
As a Design and Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards to meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements:

Leading design projects from concept through to production, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols to maintain product excellence.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve design and quality issues.
Conducting rigorous testing and analysis to validate product performance and reliability.
Utilising CAD software for design modifications and improvements.
Preparing detailed documentation and reports for design reviews and quality assessments.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.What we're Looking For:
We seek a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a passion for design and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in a design and quality engineering role, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. What's on Offer:
