Maintenance Electrician - Static

£38,000 per annum - no call out with this position

Permanent position for a maintenance electrician to take ownership of a static site in Nottingham City Centre. This role is working days Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota and is happy working a steady 40 hours per week with occasional overtime on weekends. 

Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

Planned and reactive works and repairs of electrical and general building services plant including: Power distribution, lighting fittings (includes emergency lights), lamp replacement, plant room systems, access and control systems etc.
HVAC maintenance on air handling units, fan coils etc.
General building fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing.
Supervision of specialist sub-contractors when on site.

The ideal candidate will be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance. This role is working at a large blue chip corporate office facility. 

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £38,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
