Workshop Manager

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Flexible depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
Medium sized workshop - 5 ramps. 
Working mainly on Cars and VansWorkshop Manager required for Automotive well-established independent garage in the Flitwick area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Manager to manage their busy site, the successful Workshop Manager will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work for this Workshop Manager role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £45,000.

Duties of a Workshop Manager

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Looking After the Repair Centre Site. The Successful Workshop Manager will

Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
