Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives.
* Provide expert HR guidance and support on a wide range of topics, including talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
* Lead initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
* Analyse and interpret HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations, while maintaining best practices in HR management.
* Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture.
* Act as a change agent by leading HR transformation projects and driving continuous improvement within the HR function.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role (within a professional services environment would be desirable).
* Strong understanding of HR strategy, organisational development, and employee relations.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive HR decisions and strategies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in managing complex HR issues and leading change initiatives.
* Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience
