OHUK are currently working with an established MEP Sub contractor who have a multimillion pound commercial fit out project in Central London & they require a competent Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical SM on a freelance basis for the next few months, into early 2025.

Responsibilities:

* Quality assurance on site using company tablet

* Managing the labour and sub-contractors on site

* Ensuring H&S is adhered too on site

* Ordering any relevant materials required

* Reporting into the site Mechanical Project Manager

* Quality Control, Produce and Issue quality control documents, snag sheets and follow through to signoff

* Assist with Commissioning and Handover

Requirements:

* Hold relevant in date mechanical qualifications

* Must have through experience of working in plant rooms

* Previous infrastructure background is ideal

* Hold SSSTS OR SMSTS

The hours are 7:30am – 5pm – project to go into early 2025
