The market has been very quiet over the last couple of months.

Quite a few people are looking for some security.

I am looking for a surveyor to work with one of the largest London Boroughs.

You will be joining the valuation and strategic assets team.

The majority of your work will include:
Landlord & Tenant work, disposals, and development agreements across the commercial and operational portfolio.

Being MRICS/Registered Valuer is a preference for the position, however, not essential.

The council requires two days of work to be within the borough, with the rest, working from home.

Salary banding is between £58 – 61k a year.

Holiday starting at 27 days a year.

A couple of other things to note:
