Mid to Senior FF&E Designer 

Location: Central London

Salary: £38,000-£50,000, dependant on experience

This opportunity would be ideal for FF&E Designers at both Mid and Senior Level. Mid-Weight FF&E Designers or Senior FF&E Designers with a hospitality and/or residential background are perfect for this role.

Duties:

Develop and deliver original, effective FF&E concepts in line with the creative brief
Assist with drawing production, ensuring adherence to the highest standards and templates
Lead internal team meetings and creative reviews, discussing concepts at appropriate project stages
Research, select, and collate appropriate finishes, furniture, fittings, and equipment to support the design
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, local authorities, and other relevant personnel
Ensure quality control through regular site visits and progress recording 

Requirements:

Degree Qualified in Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture or a similar field
Mid-Level FF&E Designer: Approximately 4-6 years of experience in FF&E design roles
Senior FF&E Designer: Minimum 9 years of experience in FF&E design roles
Experience working in luxury Hospitality or Luxury Residential projects is required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Fully proficient user of AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
A high-quality portfolio of previous projects
