Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: BirminghamRequirements of a SEND Teaching Assistant:

Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities
Ability to provide support in classroom activities and individualized learning programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities of a SEND Teaching Assistant.

Assist in implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEND
Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SEND Coordinator
