Job Opportunity: Multi-Site / Area Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Multi-Site / Area Manager to oversee our stores and sales teams, ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest standards of product quality and customer service. This role involves managing our front-of-house teams, who handle till systems and create a range of made-to-order products like coffees, smoothies, and açaí bowls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the recruitment, training, and development of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.

* Monitor and evaluate team performance

* Conduct regular training sessions

* Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, labor, wastage, and mystery shopper targets.

* Regularly update daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify areas for growth or improvement.

* Oversee internal and external supplier orders, as well as stock levels.

* Address product quality concerns and communicate feedback to the central production facility.

* Handle B2B relationships

Key Requirements:

* Strong problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.

* Organized and calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong financial literacy and the ability to work with budgets.

* Self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive in taking initiative.

* At least 2+ years of experience managing multi-site food and beverage operations.

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year

* Working Hours: 48 hours per week

* Weekend availability is required
