Principal People are delighted to be working in partnership with a unique and award-winning Project Management organisation who are seeking a developing Principal Designer to join their established team. This is a unique chance to work on impactful projects and develop your career further within a supportive and growing organisation.

The successful Principal Designer will be based from an office in Reading, with opportunities to work from home and also visit sites.

Key responsibilities include:

Compiling and sharing Pre-Construction information documents
Participate in design team meetings during the pre-construction and construction phases
Conducting site visits to perform CDM site audits
As a Principal Designer you will lead on a varied and diverse portfolio of projects
Further duties The successful Principal Designer will hold:

NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction as a minimum.
Full understanding of CDM 2015 regulations
At least 1 year experience operating as a Principal Designer or working closely with one. The client is looking to commence interviews over the next few weeks. Therefore if this is of interest to you please apply today
