As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of primary and secondary aged students with complex needs. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
* Providing individual and small-group support to students.
* Supervising students during activities and breaks.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting social skills.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports.
* Contributing to the overall pastoral care of students.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, preferably with SEMH needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
