Are you an experienced Architectural Coordinator looking for an exciting new challenge?
We are partnering with a well-established construction company to recruit for a prestigious £120M project in London. You will be involved from the pre-construction phase through to the fit-out.
The Role:
* Use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and design teams to ensure smooth information exchange and model integration.
* Assess design models for conflicts and generate clash detection reports for the Design Manager.
* Integrate subcontractor design models into the main project model.
* Provide necessary design information to the project team for effective delivery and installation.
* Assist in the preparation of handover documents and ensure design verification.
* Participate in client meetings and manage the approval process for samples and mock-ups.
* Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines and support the Design Manager as needed.
Criteria:
* Degree in Architecture or a related field.
* Comprehensive understanding of construction tolerances and processes.
* Capable of making informed decisions based on risk when developing design proposals.
* Proactive in identifying and solving design conflicts.
* Effective presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
