Twenty 4 Seven Education is currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Coventry and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated and adaptable individuals who have prior experience working in UK schools and are passionate about supporting students in their learning.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
✔️ Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.
✔️ Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects.
✔️ Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies.
✔️ Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
✔️ Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience working in a UK secondary school is essential.
✅ Strong classroom management skills.
✅ Confidence in delivering lessons across different subjects.
✅ A proactive and flexible approach to work.
✅ A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
