Job Role: Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP)
Location: Coventry
Working period: 4 – 5 shifts per week
Working Hours: 07:30 – 20:00 or 10:00 – 22:00
Assignment Period: 3-6 months ongoing
About the Role:
Are you an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) looking for a senior role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Senior ENP to join our dedicated team, providing expert care in the assessment and management of minor injuries and minor illnesses in patients aged 2 years and above.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Emergency Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality emergency care, including:
? Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with minor injuries and illnesses
? Interpreting X-rays to support clinical decision-making
? Working under Patient Group Directions (PGDs) – ideally at Level 7
? Leading by example and providing clinical leadership within the team
? Supporting and mentoring junior staff to develop their clinical skills
What We Are Looking For:
? Registered Nurse with ENP qualification (Minor Injuries & Minor Illness – age 2+)
? Extensive experience in emergency or urgent care settings
? Strong X-ray interpretation skills
? PGD experience (Level 7 preferred)
? Leadership skills with the ability to support and develop colleagues
? A compassionate, proactive, and patient-focused approach
