Opening early 2025, this fast paced, vibrant sports themed restaurant & bar looks forward to joining a host of branded & independent establishments already at home here in Newcastle.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to play a key role in launching the new restaurant and bringing the American culinary experience to life! 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse team.

Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and quality control.

Organisation: Exceptional planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
