12-14 months Fixed Term Contract – With a view to move permanently is successful
Salary is guided at around £23,000 - £27,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Prince Personnel are recruiting for a well-established, leading engineering company in Telford. Our growing client are looking to recruit for a new Estimating Coordinator to support with inputting tenders onto their CRM system and keep the system up to date with quotations and progress on the order
This role will start initially on a fixed term contract for around 12-14 month is originally planned to cover a maternity. However, they have indicated that they hope that this role will become a permanent placement even if the lady does return as this department is extremely busy and they plan to grow the team.
You will be responsible for:
* Receiving request for estimates from sales team, external portals and client enquiries
* Adding each prospective project to the CRM system
* Sourcing the quote / estimate from the estimating team and updating the CRM system with pricing
* Reviewing the project drawings and plans to see if any quotations might need to be requested from 3rd party contractors and requesting the quotes (for example scaffolding might be required).
* Updating reports and graphs to for management team
* Any additional administration tasks to support the wider team
Skills and Experience required:
To be considered for this role we are ideally looking for someone who has fantastic accuracy and attention to detail. As this is a fixed term contract, we ideally need someone who is available to start in the next couple of weeks, ideally before the end of September to gain a good handover / training. If you have experience of using Salesforce or Power BI this would be a great advantage but is not essential.
