Quantity Surveyor - East Midlands - Up to £55k + Car Allowance and Package

At Kennet Solutions we are partnering with an award-winning Civil Engineering Company who is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands. Our client specialises in the Highways sector delivering top quality infrastructure developments, including bridges and public realm works.

You will be responsible for collaborating with engineers, managers and other stakeholders to ensure the success of each project by preparing cost estimates and managing budgets. You will also be conducting cost analysis and provide financial advice to the project team as well as preparing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors.

Location:

East Midlands

Hybrid 2-3 days office based

Site visits required

Experience:

* HND qualification in Civil Engineering or Degree in Quantity Surveying

* Previous QS experience within Civils Engineering

* NEC3/4 Option B & C knowledge

* Experience with measurements

* Small labour force
