A well established Coventry based law firm are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to join their residential conveyancing department on a full time basis. You will be assisting the Fee Earners with a range of administrative tasks to support the Conveyancing process.

You must have a good understanding of property law firm a minimum of 6 months experience.

This role is full time office based Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Duties include

* Providing conveyancing quotes

* Opening new files

* Dealing with client enquiries and queries over the telephone and in person, and providing updates to clients and estate agents

* Setting up files for completion

* To progress files through to post-completion, file closing and progressing to archive

* Undertaking dictation

* To scan, maintain and prepare full attendance notes

* Obtaining correct documentation for Anti Money Laundering purposes

* Updating LMS and Lender Exchange

* Submitting registrations and dealing with requisitions
