Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Blyth, Northumberland

About the Role:
Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
Assist with classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions.
Promote social and emotional well-being, ensuring students feel valued and supported.What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school or care settings).
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
