An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a well established, and growing organisation as a Telesales Assistant.
Duties to include:
* Take customer orders and deal with queries.
* Deal with telephone calls and enter orders onto the computer.
* Order required products
* Deal with customer queries in a courteous manner.
* Ensure all messages are passed onto the relevant departments.
* If mistakes occur you are to report the fault to the office supervisor and transport manager.
* Liaise with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction.
