We are recruiting for multiple Assembly Processing Operatives to join our North Herefordshire client on a temporary basis.

What you can expect:‍

* Up to £11.87 per hour starting rate rising to £13.35 - £13.92 per hour (including shift allowance depending on rotation) following completion of training

* Temporary opportunities with the potential for a temp to perm position

* Weekly pay

* 6am-2pm, 10pm-6am, 2pm-10pm (3-week rotation schedule)

* Monday – Friday

* Immediate start

What you will be doing:

* Working in a fast-paced production environment

* Ensure timely completion of work orders, meeting cost and quality standards

* Follow detailed product specifications and work instructions with precision

* Complete role-specific training in compounding and moulding processes

* Identify and report any process or maintenance issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption and continuous improvement

* Work in accordance with the Company’s Health, Safety and Quality procedures

* Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe

* Varying degree of Light to Heavy Industrial work

What we are looking for:

* Prior production and quality control experience preferred

* Attention to detail

* Team player with good communication skills both verbally and written

* An understanding of health and safety regulations

* Own transport is essential due to rural location
