Position: Site Manager (Externals)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Externals) for a leading developer of residential properties, specializing in creating high-quality homes and communities across the UK. You will be responsible for overseeing all external works, ensuring high-quality delivery, safety, and compliance with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all external construction activities

* Ensure work is completed to specification and within budget

* Maintain site safety and compliance with regulations

* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing external works on RC Frame new build residential projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards

* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card
