Maintenance Technician - Mobile Position
Salary - up to £30,000 + Overtime
Monday to Friday, 08:00am-17:00pm

We have a new opportunity following a recent contract win for an Mobile Maintenance Technician to work for one of the most recognizable FM companies across the UK.
In this role you will look after the reactive and planned maintenance across a total of 219 buildings which will spread out across schools, fire stations, libraries and commercial office spaces. In this role you will be provided with an electric Renault car, tools, uniform and PDA.
Job specific Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician:
* Basic Plumbing
* Basic Electrics
* Basic Carpentry
* Lamp changing
* Take Tap Temperatures
* Flushing
* PPM's
* Reactive maintenance
* Plant Room Checks
* Assist other engineers onsite as required
* Painting & Decorating
* Tiling
