Catford, London (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Rate: Circa £30 per hour

Contract: Temporary - 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Practitioner with a proven track record of success in complex organisations. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering strategic HR solutions, driving employee relations, and managing team performance to support our organisation's goals.

What We're Looking For:

Substantial experience in Business Partnering and Employee Relations.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, with a focus on setting and achieving performance targets.
Strong knowledge of local authority frameworks and experience working within public sector organisations.
