Joinery Estimator – Office-Based | Abridge, Essex

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

I’m looking for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join a leading bespoke joinery specialist in Abridge, Essex. This office-based role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach and a strong background in pricing & securing joinery packages ranging from £50K to £2M.

Key Requirements:

3+ years estimating experience, ideally in bespoke joinery.

*

Ability to price & secure joinery projects (£50K-£2M).

*

Strong commercial awareness with client-facing experience beneficial.

*

Must be local to the office.

*

A team player with a proactive mindset.

Package & Benefits:

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Holiday: 20 days (increasing up to 25 days)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (fully office-based)
