Duties

* Managing a caseload of learners

* Ensure each learner achieves their expected end date – apprentices

* Assessing the learners for residential childcare levels 3 and 5

* Midlands based and then travelling to see learners when needed in the Black Country and Staffordshire

* Monitor progress of learners

* Update electronic records following each visit

* Dealing with update meetings on line

* Delivering training

Experience essential for this role

* Must be Assessor qualified

* Must have at least 3 years experience of working in residential childcare settings

* Must be a car owner/driver

Salary/hours:

£26,000 to £28,000 per annum

Working Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 5pm and Friday 8.45am – 4pm. 45 minutes lunch break each day.
